Policy

Every session is meticulously crafted and customized to perfectly align with your unique requirements. Prioritizing the well-being of your hair is my top concern, which is why I incorporate Olaplex into all blonding services. It's important to note that pricing may differ based on individualized needs.

Consultation

I offer personalized consultations for each of my guests so we can plan your dream hair journey before booking. This will allow me to look at your features and determine the color and style best suit you. You will then have a clear and complete understanding of the process and pricing structure.

Cancellation

I kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hrs' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within the 48hrs will result in a $75 charge. Please notify us by calling or emailing the salon 48 hours before your appointment to avoid this charge

Late Policy

Clients will generally be allowed a 10-minute grace period. If unable to arrive on time, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you

Patch + Strand Testing

Patch + strand testing may be required, this can be carried out on your Consultation appointment.

Waiting Time

Due to the unpredictable nature of hair, balayage and hair coloring, the absolute timing is not realistic. Please be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes before starting your appointment

Service Guarantee and Refunds

Our salon operates under a strict no-service refund policy. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. In exceptional cases where a refund is deemed necessary, the services originally performed during the appointment would be reversed. This procedure is implemented as a standard practice, upholding the high quality and integrity of our services for all clients. It's important to note that removing applied treatments may impact the progression towards the desired outcome. The unpredictable nature of these adjustments can pose challenges in achieving the ideal color in future services.
