Please read before scheduling your hair appointment.


A scheduled appointment requires a deposit of $75. The deposit is applied towards the services on the day of your appointment. It is nonrefundable. The deposit ensures that clients arrive at their scheduled appointment to reduce the number of cancelations. Click HERE to make a deposit 

Requesting appointments online through Vagaro App. 

Often, the appointment schedule does not coordinate 100% with the online version. If you request an appointment online and it is denied from our end, we will follow up with an email explaining the reason. Please keep an eye for an email to help you with your appointment.

Service guarantee & refunds

Your satisfaction is my highest priority. All sales are final. However, If you are not entirely content, please let me know during your salon visit or within 12 hours after your service has been performed. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost only within the 12 hours of the initial service.


No show No Call 
If you miss your appointment, you will lose the deposit or you will be imposed with a fee worth $75, which will be added to your next appointment. Moreover, booking your next visit will require paying an unreturnable deposit of $75 applied towards your service. Two or more missed appointments equal being fired from the salon. 
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or reschedulings at least 24 hours before the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify the studio at least 3 hours prior. Cancellations that break these rules will cause loss of the deposit
